General Submission Guidelines
1. Language and Formatting

Manuscripts must be written in a clear and correct language, adhering to academic writing standards.

For Arabic texts:

Font: Traditional Arabic, size 14

Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides

For texts in foreign languages:

Font: Times New Roman, size 12

Files must be submitted in both Word (DOCX) and PDF formats.
2. Author Information
-
The author's full name (without academic titles) should appear directly below the article’s title, followed by the institutional affiliation and email address.

Manuscript Structure Requirements
1. Abstract and Keywords

Each article must include three abstracts:
– One in the original language of the article
– One in Arabic
– One in English -
Each abstract should not exceed 200 words and must include five keywords.
2. Paper Length
-
Articles must be between 5,000 and 10,000 words, including references and appendices.
3. Tables and Illustrations
-
Tables, figures, charts, and other illustrations must:
– Appear within the body of the article in the relevant section
– Include clear, descriptive titles and full documentation
– Be appropriately sized and undistorted -
In addition, all visuals must be submitted separately in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format (minimum resolution of 300 dpi).
Citation Style (APA – 7th Edition)
1. In-Text Citations

One author: (Al-Samiri, 2023)

Two authors: (Al-Khalid & Al-Ghamdi, 2022)

Three or more authors: (Al-Nasser et al., 2021)
2. Direct Quotations
-
Fewer than 40 words: Use quotation marks and include the page number.
Example: "This is a quoted sentence" (Al-Samiri, 2023, p. 10). -
40 words or more: Present the quote as a block paragraph, indented 1.27 cm from the left margin, without quotation marks. The citation should appear after the final period.
3. Anonymous Sources

Cite with the first two words of the title in quotation marks.
Example: ("Researcher's Guide", 2020)
References List
1. Organization and Layout

References should be listed alphabetically by the last name of the first author.

Arabic references should be right-aligned; references in foreign languages should be left-aligned.

Each entry should begin flush left, with all following lines indented by 2 cm.
